S. Baron

 

Steve Baron has publications in services, marketing, education and management journals, including Journal of Service Research, European Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Market Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Higher Education Quarterly and Journal of Business Research. He is co-author of Services Marketing: Text and Cases, published by Palgrave in 2009, and Relationship Marketing: A Consumer Experience Approach, published by Sage in 2010. He has edited a four-volume major work in Service Marketing for Sage Publications in 2010. He is co-editor for Journal of Services Marketing and has co-edited special issues of Journal of Services Marketing, European Journal of Marketing and Journal of Marketing Management (twice). He was Chair of AMA Servsig International Research Conference 2008, and Academic Chair of the Academy of Marketing Conference (2011).
