W. Hammedi

 

Wafa  Hammedi is an Associate Professor of Service Innovation and Marketing at the faculty of Economics and Management (University of Namur- Belgium). She received her PhD from the Institute for Management Research of the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Her primary research interests are Service Innovation & Marketing â€“ investigating the social processes and dynamic capabilities of innovation/creativity management in service firms. She is also interested in co-creation mechanisms  in both marketing and innovation within online and offline platforms/networks in B-to B and B-to-C contexts . She is passionate of service research – her current work focuses on virtual communities, Customer relationship Management, customer engagement and customer co-creation experiences… She published in highly recognized journals, among others, in the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Innovation Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Service Management, Decision Management.
