Y. Van Vaerenbergh

 

Dr. Yves Van Vaerenbergh is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the KU Leuven (University of Leuven), Belgium. He is also affiliated to the Center for Service Intelligence, Ghent University. His research interests include service failure, service recovery, and meta-analysis. His work has appeared in Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, and European Journal of Marketing, among others. He received both the Outstanding Paper Award 2014 and Outstanding Reviewer Award 2014 from the journal Managing Service Quality. He is a member of the editorial boards of Journal of Service Management and Managing Service Quality.
